Home made Italian meat balls, home made Vodka "spaghetti sauce", Home grown spinach and basil, store bought mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Next time I'll male a simple spaghetti sauce. That Vodka sauce tasted like something that was green and came out of my first born kids asshole. And I only smelled/gagged on that.

Shrimp, orzo cooked in chicken stock w/saffron, asiago cheese and heavy cream garnished with fried pancetta and dried basil. :cry: Our fresh basil Twarnt too fresh this time of year. Should be 75 degrees and sunny this time of year. Tis low 50's and raining already!
